South Bow has shut down the Keystone Pipeline due to a leak in a portion of the tract passing through North Dakota. The Calgary, Alberta-based energy infrastructure company said Wednesday that the early-morning shut-down was in response to an oil release at Milepost 171 near Fort Ransom, but that it has been contained.
