Flickr has updated its iOS and Android app that now makes it look and feel a bit more like Instagram in an effort to keep the picture-sharing company moving forward on design and innovation.

The Flickr apps for iOS and Android are similar but not identical. On iOS, the navigation controls are on the bottom of the app, as they are on Instagram; on Android, they’re at the top.
