Rats Heist Day #1 (Cook Off) The first day of the Rats heist is probably the hardest one in Payday 2 . You’ll start outside a building that belongs to Hector.

UPDATE 1/12/23: Two 'classic' Payday 2 heists are now available in Payday 3 as part of a free update. The heists in question are Cook off and Turbid Station (Murky Station in Payday 2).

Cook Off is perhaps the greatest way to quickly farm tons of XP and money in Payday 2. Start the mission by making your way to the house. As you enter, the NPCs cooking the meth will die.

In the Payday 2 community, Cook Off is very popular because you can grind and earn up to $2,900,000. However, one has to secure 1,200 bags of cooked meth to collect that money.
