Codin R. Yoder, 28, was arrested about 3 p.m. Tuesday at an apartment in the 1700 block of 15th Street SW, where police say he had been preventing a woman from leaving.

The driver, Codin Yoder, fell another 40 feet (12 meters). Yoder told WYMT-TV he was badly injured, but everything was fine as long as his fiancee makes it.

During the chase, Yoder hit a tree in the woods before the two took off on foot. The suspects eventually ran off a cliff falling around 40 feet. Both were flown to UK Hospital.
