At the height of outages during Beryl, more than 2.26 million CenterPoint customers were without power and CenterPoint consistently failed to provide timely updates about when power would be restored.
The map numbers show 97 outages remain with 454 customers being without power as of Friday at 2:20 p.m. At its peak, more than 60,000 CenterPoint customers were without power.
With the tracker map down, CenterPoint was offering up a page showing the total number of outages, though it didn’t indicate where in the coverage area they were.
