Caltrans is opening a new lane on westbound Interstate 80 to help alleviate some of the bottleneck caused by roadwork.

A crash has westbound Interstate 80 traffic slow on the Yolo Causeway between West Sacramento and Davis early Wednesday afternoon ... The crash happened just after 1 p.m. near the Chiles Road exit.
