To find the Blind Burrows in D4, you must go to the Fethis Wetlands. The exact location of this can be seen on the map above. It is located northwest of the Vyeresz Waypoint.

Blind Burrows is one of the best late-game dungeons in the game and especially comes in handy when you are in World Tier 3 and World Tier 4. It barely takes 10 minutes to complete the dungeon.
