A 50-year-old from Bindoon and a 58-year-old High Wycombe man were killed when their plane crashed near the Bindoon airport yesterday. Police say they ... handed over responsibility to WA police.

A 50-year-old man from Bindoon and a 58-year-old High Wycombe resident, both licensed pilots, died in the crash, local WA police told ABC online.

The alarm was raised at about 1pm when they failed to return from Bindoon as scheduled. The wreckage was found at about 3pm. Police said the men would not have survived the impact.
