Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking damages amounting to nearly $157.9 million, but wants reparations doubled to $315.8 million on the grounds of MSC’s “willful” and “retaliatory” conduct.
Bed Bath & Beyond’s shares, which were trading at distressed levels, have also been on a turbulent run. It made a monstrous run from $5.77 to $23.08 in a little more than two weeks in August.
All 360 Bed Bath & Beyond stores and 120 buybuy BABY stores will remain open for now, and online shopping also still remains available to customers, including the Bed Bath & Beyond/buybuy Baby app.
