According to a complaint filed in Sac County District Court, Nelson Ayala Sanchez performed a sex act with the girl, who was under age 14, Jan. 18 in Sac City.

Oscar Sebastian Castrejon-Sanchez, 18, of Chico, and his cousin Marcos Tiny Douglas-Ayala, 21, of Hamilton City, were charged with one count of murder and five counts of attempted murder Monday.
