Beyond that, it is a normal Arduino program and you can do what you like. Upload it and you’ll get the CPU and FPGA programmed all in one go. There is one caveat.

Someone has to send that bitstream to an FPGA like the Cyclone onboard the Arduino every time it powers up. That someone is usually a memory device on the board, although the CPU can do it, too.
