Heavyweight MMA veteran Fabricio Werdum has pulled out of the upcoming GFL season, citing a lack of motivation.

Former UFC heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum has announced that he will not participate in the GFL after his opponent, Frank Mir, withdrew from their match due to health issues.

When speaking to Sherdog on Tuesday about his recent success, he attributes part of it to a special training camp set up by coach Andre “Dida” Amado that he was able to enjoy for a few weeks.
