Police are probing a shooting that left a 25-year-old man shot on the street outside Chicago O'Hare International Airport in the early hours of Wednesday morning. A spokesperson for the Chicago Police Department told USA TODAY that officers responded to an altercation involving several individuals near Terminal 2.

Police say a man has been shot outside of a Chicago O’Hare International Airport terminal following an altercation among multiple people.

A 25-year-old man was shot outside Terminal 2 at O'Hare International Airport overnight, witnesses and police have confirmed. Witnesses tell WGN News the shooting happened close to 1 a.m. Wednesday near the baggage claim outside Terminal 2.
