Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton, have confirmed that they will not be attending the 2025 British Academy of Film and Television Arts ( BAFTA) Film Awards. Kensington Palace made the announcement ahead of the ceremony on Sunday (February 16).

Prince William and Kate Middleton are not expected to attend the British Academy Film Awards, set for February 16, 2025.

The future King hasn't attended the awards consecutively each year, and was not due to attend this year. Given that William won't be in attendance, it seems highly unlikely that his wife, Princess Kate, will make a solo appearance, especially as the ceremony takes place at the start of her children's half-term holiday.
