PORT ORCHARD, Wash. — An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 17-month-old out of Port Orchard after officials say a man forcibly took the child from his mother. Washington State Patrol is looking for 32-year-old Andrew Gilbertson. He is around 6′0″ and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown hair, green eyes and may have a beard.
