Pilawy is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sadkowice, within Rawa County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres north-west of Sadkowice, 16 km east of Rawa Mazowiecka, and 70 km east of the regional capital Łódź.
