The house, equipped with air conditioning, is positioned on the hill behind the church and enjoys an enchanting panoramic view of the town and the gulf of Orosei. The structure is developed in 2 levels: the ground floor, the oldest part, with an area of about 70 square meters, which preserves the original architecture with various testimonies of life from other times, including an ancient brick oven and an oven fireplace that was used for cooking the typical "carasau" bread. The floors and walls were made with reference to the prestigious "cement tiles" and glazed terracotta tiles that make the environment elegant and pleasant.
