I don't know the answer to your question, but I can't help but think that I would not bother. There are plenty of places, well located, where you can eat reasonably in Barcelona that I would not bother going to the Maritime museum just to eat. On the other hand, if I were going there to eat I would certainly give the museum a quick look. What's really worth it (the architecture and one huge model boat), can be seen in five minutes.
