The facility is set up so that the trails are paved and wide. There are some sizable inclines and declines. The boat ride itself and the launching are are NOT handicap accessible for those wheelchair bound. The staff are very accommodating. Probably the nicest people I’ve met in this type of venue. Call if you have specific needs or concerns.
I would saw 4 to 5 year old and up. In the very beginning the roof is very low but after that it opens up into a huge cavern. I think kids would love it!!
