Imran Ahmad, MD, is a hematologist/oncologist who cares for those with blood-associated diseases such as anemia and leukemia and all types of cancer. He sees patients at our Hollis Cancer Center in Lakeland. Dr Ahmad is a former Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the Roswell Cancer Institute in Buffalo, New York, and worked an additional year in academia at the University of Cincinnati. He is certified in Oncology, Hematology, Internal Medicine and Preventive Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
