Situated a few metres from the centre of salo it is worth making a detour to visit the duomo, as with many places in Italy it does close over he lunch period . Full review by John M

The main church of the city is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and it was built in 1453 over an ancient church. The facade is incomplete but you can admire on it the beautiful marble portal made in 1506…Full review by alessandrofL127YD
