I can give you some info to better your decision. People will be drinking several beverages while riding and you may stop at a couple bars depending on the ride you select. The first bar we went to was pretty teen friendly (ashville brewing co.). The second one (foggy mountain brew pub) was not teen friendly, but they can hang out outside, we were carded at the door. The ride itself is a blast, they will love it and so will you. My wife and I loved it, we both agreed that it's "stupid fun". Our driver was very accommodating and I'm sure your driver will make it fun for everyone.

Definitely BYOB with you! There's a cooler on board to keep drinks cold and solo cups for the cup holders. At least on our trip, every red light or stop sign was a "red light toast"! The stops are more for sampling a local brew and not packaged goods. We drank enough on board that we just used the stops to stretch our legs, bathroom breaks, or some window shopping.
