Hi Mike, Adjust your expectations. Romanians a great and friendly people but do not have access to all the things you have. Either print it or buy your tickets at the cashier window.

If I understood correctly the question, the ticket is only for entrance, the attractions in the Salt Mine are payed separately. But it is definitly worth visiting the mine. Enjoy!
