Hi, the xinyi tour offers more modern day Taiwanese foods. So essentially things you migh have read about on various online sites/ blogs. The tastings include Taiwan burger, stinky tofu, local fruit, scallion pancake, braised pork rice. The Dadaocheng focuses on historical Taiwan; foods you’d find in 1930-1940s. The food tastings include yimian noodles, herbal teas, pork bun, steamed rice cakes, pork jerky, oyster fritters. Both tours will be more than enough for your breakfast and lunch, so don’t eat before. If you have any more questions don’t hesitate to ask. We typically get back to customers much faster via email, so feel free to do that if you do have questions. Best, Mike
