Oh, Smoo Cave—a name that promises adventure and wonder but delivers a damp, dreary disappointment. My recent visit to this so-called natural marvel left me feeling more underwhelmed than awestruck. …Full review by gerald_perkins

Lost my virginity in Smoo Cave. Great place to visit, anyone that says it sucks is a Mormon. Lovely big opening and when you go in a little expect some light misting from the falls. 10/10 will come a…Full review by Scott R

We recently took a coach tour holiday which was supposed to include a stop at Smoo Cave with time enough to get out and explore. When we reached the turn off for the cave our driver suddenly said there is no longer parking available for coaches and the local authority have stopped coaches going there or from parking up at the top of the hill and allowing passengers time to walk down to the caves. Does anyone know the truth of this??? Have the local authority really changed policy on Smoo Cave and if they have, how long ago were these changes made thanks

Good Evening, Walking into the cave is free. If you wish to go deeper into the cave on an inflatable craft, then there's a cost (I recall it's £6 for an adult and £3 each for children). It's not a boat trip, but a short caving trip. Worth it, as you possibly won't visit here again, or get the chance again? Rgds
