The beach is smallish and the park is just OK. There are some shelters and plenty of shade from large trees. The area is kept pretty clean and there are public restrooms. The sunsets are amazing and …Full review by jomG4809NY

This is very underwhelming. There is a boardwalk out to a covered fishing pier. The beach is very tiny. There appears to be parking for about 20-25 cars, a small play area and restrooms.Full review by scubagal69
Are there public grills to cook out? Are there public bathrooms? Do you need a fishing license to fish the pier?

I have just learned that they are not allowing fishing from the pier, since the water is shallow, there isn't much in the way of good fishing from pier, however, on the left side of the park is a wall, and many people fish off the wall. I don't remember if there are grills, I think so, but there are public restrooms. There is also the Sebring Public Library which i forgot to mention in my original post, and a Historical Society with wonderful displays from Sebring's past.

Leaving the Children's Museum, travel Southwest on N. Ridgewood Dr for 2 blocks to get to the Sebring traffic circle. Follow the traffic circle to the second exit, which is W Center Ave. Follow W Center Ave for 3 blocks to get to Lakeview Drive. Turn left onto Lakeview Dr. The Sebring Public Library is right on the corner of Lakeview and Center. Drive on Lakeview past the library and you will see a large parking lot on your right (the side toward the lake). Turn into the parking area and proceed toward the lake to get parked as near the lake as is convenient. The city pier will be visible located in the lake behind the Library. You will walk through the children's play area to get to the pier access. Parking and all accesses are free.
