Go to Woodbridge Preserve. It’s a dead end road, rice fields on both sides of the road. Not certain if birds are still there, but if tours are still going, probably so.

From many of the other comments, it looks like late October might be the best time to see the migrating adults. By February, we could see none of the adults - only chicks.
