Not worth the money. Went to the cafe to buy lunch. Choice was dreadful. Not much on display and what was must have been there for ages. Prices were extremely expensive. If you go take your own lunchFull review by Lesley M

Broad range question as it depends on the interest of the women. Has a range from a working steam and old technology(cars, computers etc) to modern innovation. Also has a tram ride to an aircraft hanger with old aircraft including war planes. My wife and I are in our 50's and enjoyed it. Memory lane for a lot of things.

my advice would to not bother finding a motel specifically near motat, rather look into the best motels in central auckland . it's not very far from the central city
