No pool, it is a lake with bridges and walking path around it in the middle of Uptown Altamonte with an amphitheatre with bands, art festivals, etc. Westmonte Park in Altamonte Springs will be re-opening this May, 2019 with massive renovations and has a regular swimming pool and a heated therapeutic pool. That will be your best bet for a pool for sure.

The park is closed right now for construction ! You can still walk around by the fountain and the boardwalk but the events area is closed. You can definitely walk over to the park from your hotel, but you will have to cross the ramps exiting I4 which can be challenging but definitely walkable. Hope it helps, you can do a google search for events at the park.
