I visited with my 87 year old mother who also has difficulty walking. She managed with some help from me in certain sections. There are rest areas and you also complete the walk at your own pace. A hot day might make it more challenging so perhaps factor the weather in.

It caters for everyone, they even have wheelchair ramps. Just ask for that person to be assisted if they can't walk for a long duration
