The Florence Nightingale Museum is in the grounds of St Thomas's hospital. There are signposts directing you to the museum from the main entrance. A ticket to visit the museum is valid for 12 months…Full review by therichastill

1 hour is plenty to look around if you are travelling by train there is a 2 for 1 offer with National Rail.....

I would just buy ticket at door on the day can't imagine it will be pack with tourist at that time of year. If in doubt phone museum.
