This is a family-friendly and safe environment located only one building away from the Police Station/Town Hall, and only a 2- or 3-minute walk to the beach. The HOA maintains a relaxing, calm, clean, and respectful community atmosphere. Included for your use free of charge are: 2 Dewey Beach Town Street Parking Passes, clean bed sheets/towels, all "essentials", shampoo/body wash/conditioner, 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, and various beach games and accessories. 10% discount for weekly bookings. Our neighbor babysits and is available most evenings for Summer 2023 through mid-August - message me to make the arrangements! The 2 bedrooms each have Queen beds, windows with light filtering shades and blackout curtains, nightstands on each bedside, drawers, closet space with clothes hangers, and portable bedroom fans.
