David H. Rice, MD, FCCP, FABSM, is board-certified in critical care medicine, pulmonary disease, and sleep medicine. He received his medical degree from SUNY Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. Dr. Rice completed his residency at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Medical Center in Dayton, OH, and completed pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine fellowships at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, TX.
