Daytona State College, formerly known as Daytona Beach Junior College and as Daytona Beach Community College, is a public state college located in Daytona Beach, Florida, United States, and is a member institution of the Florida College System. DSC competes in the National Junior College Athletic Association Mid-Florida Conference in seven sports, including softball, baseball, men's and women's swimming, women's golf, men's basketball, and women's basketball. As of 2011, DSC held eight NJCAA Team National Championship titles. DSC is home to the Southeast Museum of Photography, and has partnered with the Volusia and Flagler County school districts to form the Advanced Technology College, which allows high school juniors and seniors to earn college credits via dual enrollment.
