My personal favorite was the rock climbing but my friends really enjoyed the caving. The caving is also really really fun and I highly recommend going there.Full review by cmoney990

For the rock climbing- please ask for help from a staff member as they can usually assist and help teach the child/ make sure they're safely harnessed. However, the caves, which I find to be absolutely enthralling, are probably not best for a young child because they are confusing and pitch black. You can't see your hand in front of you- and you're not allowed a flashlight! However, if you (granted if you can fit through the small test hole they make people go through to make sure they won't get stuck) go with your kid then it might be fine. Being with someone else in the caves are what makes it fun! It's always a good idea to go with someone who knows the caves if you're nervous.
